Culture Statement

Who We Are

1. Continuous Improvement

We are built on a foundation of continuous growth, learning and

improvement. Everything we do at Elevision was learned in real-time. We expect our team members to not only have a willingness, but also a desire to learn new things. Personal and professional growth is valued and rewarded.

2. Commitment

This company was built on the capacity to work outside of one’s comfort zone. We pride ourselves on our staff’s ability to deliver results across a variety of functions. We will never expect anyone to do anything they are not capable of, but we will always expect a commitment to contribute to the best of your abilities throughout the entire company.

3. Quality Execution

We have a friendly and informal office environment, but we have incredibly high standards for the quality of our work. We operate casually with our colleagues, but we expect the highest professionalism in our engagements with clients and partners. Our quality of execution is what sets us apart from our peers.

4. Confident Action

We often must make decisions with limited information, and we value people who are comfortable doing the same. Easily reversable decisions often demand quick action, while irreversible decisions necessitate more thorough analysis. Understand the difference and be confident in your action.

5. Open to Change

We strive to always develop a sound plan and efficient workflows; however, everything is open to change. We encourage constant review and analysis of all that we do at Elevision. It starts with being comfortable with being wrong. We want to always seek alternative perspectives to improve our ideas.

6. Confronting Issues

At some companies, people ignore trash on the floor, leaving it for someone else to pick up. At other companies, people lean down to pick it up like they would at home. We strive to be a company where everyone feels a sense of responsibility to make us better. Picking up the trash is a metaphor for taking care of problems and never being comfortable ignoring an issue.

7. Respect

We are a diverse team with diverse backgrounds and skillsets. We aim to be open, welcoming, and supportive to all our colleagues, clients, and partners. This means not only respecting each other’s backgrounds, but also each other’s time, space, and opinions. Respect and kindness are paramount in all of our interactions.

8. Who we are

Written words and statements are not who we are. What we say in speeches or presentations is not who we are. Even what we believe is not truly who we are;

What we do is who we are

Our actions with our colleagues, clients, and partners are what truly define us. How we treat other people, how we make them feel, and the tangible outcomes of those interactions are who we really are.
